Hi friends! We are here! It’s Christmas in July! And I have an amazing paperback giveaway for you! It's live on instagram now. (See below for rules)
This is the month of our big Kickstarter featuring the deluxe special edition of Christmas with the Elf King: A Cozy Christmas Fantasy. It goes live on July 27th!!!
There will be an early bird discount within the first 48hrs, so you’ll want to hit that “notify on launch” button to be the first to know when it goes live.
Q: Why is it available now? It’s summer. I’m not exactly in the Christmas spirit.
A: I need to order the production of the special editions and audiobook now so that these books can be in your hands by the fall of this year, just in time for Christmas gifting and reading!

I’ve actually been planning all of this since January. Once I saw the overwhelming support of this book and how it was received. I had so many readers reach out hoping for a special edition. Many others hoped for the audiobook! I’m an audiobook listener almost exclusively. I’m always moving around, driving back and forth to work, cleaning, or baking, so I knew I needed a fantastic voice that could be cozy, romantic, and sassy–and @paganmcgrath is the PERFECT voice! You will love her!
I hired real artists and a human narrator. I always want to support the original talents of real people–and that takes months of planning and prepping. I got some of the best artists out there, too! So, if you get a special edition, you will also be able to enjoy the work of amazing artists like @Selkkiedesigns , @themoonborn.illustrations , muni_luny , and @paganmcgrath .
I have some really fun art to share. I am also an artist and wanted to make some cool hand-sketched chapter headings done by yours truly. I wanted to include some fun easter eggs and cozy baking elements. Here is the final piece!
I am leaving on a ten day trip out of the country with my daughter (follow my insta for fun vacation stories!) and then we’ll launch. I’ve been writing book 2 little by little every day. I’m hoping for a February or March 2027 release! I have a lot more details to share soon. Stay tuned for more.
One of the tiers in my kickstarter includes the ability to name a secondary character in book 2! But, that has a limit of 10 people. Be sure to be notified so you can snatch that up right away, if you’re interested!
Why Kickstarter?
No, this is not some kind of Go Fund Me. Kickstarter is a way for authors and other creatives to fund amazing projects that you will actually hold in your hand that wouldn’t be possible otherwise. My marketing, publishing, and financing team all come from one person–me! I love to support incredible artists, as well as support my own author business, but in order to put together a project like a deluxe special edition, I need funds. Kickstarter is unique, in that no one gets charged unless we hit our funding goal–then it’s all fun times from there--and you get exclusive stuff!
